Kalish’s first career home run helps BoSox top Yanks

Ryan Kalish (Red Bank Catholic) is certainly making the most of his time in the major leagues since his call up on July 31. The 22-year old left-handed hitting outfielder smacked his first career home run to help the Red Sox to a 6-3 victory over the Yankees on Friday night. Kalish had several friends and family members in attendance and it was undoubtably a special moment for the Shore Conference product.
